Rates and Charges

The shipping rate for all products is based on shipping destination, weight and dimension.

When to expect delivery

For same week shipping please place orders by Monday at 4pm. FedEx picks up all weekly shipments on Wednesday. For local orders, we will text you when we are in route.

Notification of order

We will send a confirmation e-mail that your order has been placed. We will e-mail when your order has shipped and the FedEx tracking number.

Return Policy

Except in those cases where a shipment was received in damaged condition, all sales are final. Customers may report damaged shipments by contacting us directly.
