Tapestry 8th Edition is a harmonious blend of four varietals from two vintages: 2021 Syrah and Merlot, 2022 Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each varietal was hand-harvested and vinified separately, then aged in neutral French oak for 18–30 months, allowing structure and complexity to integrate gradually throughout élevage. This wine is dark, grippy and fruity.
