Our 2025 Rosé, a blend of 35% Cabernet Franc, 25% Barbera, 20% Merlot, and 20% Petit Verdot from Cool Ridge, Golden Run, and Pad’s View Vineyards. Hand-harvested and cold-stored, the grapes underwent a gentle processing technique to achieve a delicate color. Co-fermented with native yeast, the wine retains expressive aromatics. This wine feels light, energetic, and perfectly refreshing.
