Our 2025 Petit Manseng, crafted from 100% Petit Manseng grapes grown at 78 Acres Farm. The grapes were hand-harvested on September 13, 2025, chilled overnight, then gently whole-cluster pressed to preserve delicate flavors. Fermentation began naturally with native yeast in stainless steel. After fermentation, the wine spent six months aging on its lees, with regular stirring to build richness and texture before being filtered and bottled. This wine is not blended and entirely stainless steel fermented and aged, allowing the fruit to take center stage.
