This 2025 Chardonnay is from our Home Vineyard. It was hand-harvested on September 5th, then chilled overnight and whole-berry pressed into concrete. From there, fermentation kicked off naturally with native yeast and moved slowly over about two weeks, with the concrete helping hold a cool, steady temperature. We kept the wine on the lees after fermentation with some stirring to build texture and deepen that mineral quality, but there’s no malolactic here—so it keeps its brightness and energy. Everything was done in concrete, no oak, and bottled clean and focused. This wine has a really nice balance of citrusy lift and a creamy, rounded texture.
