A harmonious blend featuring 70% Chardonnay, 15% Albariño, and 15% Riesling sourced from Cool Ridge and Six Wicket Vineyards. Hand-harvested, each grape was chilled overnight, then delicately destemmed and cold-pressed. Fermentation began naturally with native yeast, followed by six months aging on the lees with stirring to enhance texture. This wine offers a full-bodied structure with a vibrant finish, showcasing a blend of fruit, herbs, and floral notes.
