From vineyard to bottle in 8 weeks! This is 100% Gamay Rosé was pulled from the concrete tank after 8 hours of skin contact and transferred to a stainless steel tank. Fermentation began naturally after 2 days. Once fermentation was complete, the rosé was cleanly moved to another tank to settle before bottling. This wine is bright, zippy and juicy, perfect for your Holiday table.
