Exceptionally special and truly unique, Honey was born from an idea to craft a delicious sweet wine with a compelling story and a distinctive honey profile. This vision led us to collaborate with local farmers, creating a multi-vineyard blend that captures the essence of Maryland agriculture.

The blend features 60% Gruner Veltliner and 25% Chardonnay both grown from Cool Ridge Vineyard in Washington County, and blended with 15% Chardonel grown here in our Home Vineayrd—sweetened with wildflower honey from our friends at Apex Bee Company on the Eastern Shore.
