A blend of 65% Albariño and 35% Chardonnay, both grown in our Home Vineyard. Each varietal was carefully hand-harvested, with Albariño picked on September 2, 2024, and Chardonnay on September 5, 2024. After chilling overnight, the grapes were destemmed and cold pressed, then settled in tanks until clear. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood like lobster or scallops that have some richness, highlighting the wines versatility and crisp acidity. We've produced only 100 cases of this limited edition blend, making it a special wine for members only.
