100% Pinot Blanc grown on the bank of the Bohemia River in Cecil County, Maryland. Using native yeast present on grape skins, the fruit underwent a 14-day maceration process. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in a traditional Amphora vessel, enhancing the wine's complexity and structure. Bottled in October of 2023 to carefully capture this wines beauty.
