Honey is a blend of 70% Viognier grown at Cool Ridge Vineyard and 30% Chardonel grown on our Home Vineyard. Sweetened with 60 pounds of wildflower honey grown by our friends at Apex Bee Company to create a perfectly delicious and thoughtful sweet wine.
