100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on Carroll Springs Vineyard in Carroll County, Md. Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel with native yeast, bottled near the end of primary fermentation. Disgorged in June of 2022 with no dosage.
