A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 20% Syrah, each variety was hand-harvested on its ideal pick date and processed separately. Fully destemmed clusters underwent whole-berry fermentation in stainless steel, with a bleed taken from each tank to enhance concentration. Gentle pumpovers extracted flavors before the wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 30 months. Earthy and dark, this wine offers rich, cooked aromas, while the palate reveals fresher fruit.
