100% Cabernet Franc grown at 78 Acres Farm in Smithsburg, Md. 80% whole-berry; 20% whole-cluster. Fermented with native yeast in stainless steel. Hand bottled in October 2021. Aged on the lees in bottle for two years prior to release.
